Dynamic Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - New Client Acquisition at Digital Zymes Services Pvt. Ltd. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the acquisition of new clients, driving business growth, and managing a team of sales representatives. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership, Business Development, and Client Acquisition skills
• Experience in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
• Team management and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of B2B sales and the global trade market
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• Must have Experience of 3 years and 2 years of team handling Experience in new Client Acquisition.

Sr. Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the Client Meeting and maintaining good customer relationships.
• An effective sale representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
• They must be comfortable presenting products or services Via Client meeting as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Keep records of client visits and sales and note useful information.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' of client relationship experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Graduate degree Required

Sales Executive
